Help …I have a sleeping disorder ?
ByI suffer from "Anxiety"…"Diabetes"….'Low blood pressure'….I was Depressed …but I got a relief from that…Now I have to use a sleeping tablet to get a good night rest….and I am nervous ….."Help me please"…What can I do?
that's hard to deal with all those things! I'm sorry! Anyways, sleep medication can cause people to form a strong dependence on them, making it very hard to stop using them. I would consult your doctor, and see if they can help lower you anxiety with something in hopes that this helps you fall asleep better. Anxiety is a number 1 cause for sleep deprivation. If this isn't possible, then I would see if your doctor can give you a sleep pill that has a low risk for dependency. Overall, the best thing to do is to seek professional help. Talk to someone! Getting a good nights rest is very important and believe it or not there are countless numbers of people who are having the same problem you are. best of luck!

Go to a doctor…
And maybe something like meditation can help you.

Do you find that you stop breathing at night, or you cannot get a full night's rest? If you cannot then you should get tested for sleep apnea. This is where you go to your general practitioner or family doctor, and get a referral for a respirologist, and then they will send you for a sleep test at a lab, or they will give you a home test, and you will apply the equipment on, and then go to sleep, and they will measure your results such as oxygen, and other things when you sleep. If you are positive for sleep apnea, then they will have you get a CPAP which is a positive airway that goes into the nose, and keeps you feeling refreshed in the morning.

The best way to solve this is to get just anti depression tablet and use the other tablet your using now. Also it can benefit on your bed, if you dont want to spend $5000 on a nice bed, just buy a tempurpedic 2'' thick mattress for like $200, its great. but if you weigh around 300lbs or more buy a 2'' and a 1'' ( only around $300-400 total)
