This song is about struggling through an anxiety attack…it’s a horrible thing for anyone who’s gone through it…anyone with chronic anxiety or panic…anyone who’s felt it so bad that they can’t sleep or slow down their thoughts…I wrote it when I was suffering…at 3 am…couldn’t sleep…this is me sharing an honest side with you…I’m not trying to depress you…just let you know that if you feel this way…you’re not alone…and we can support each other!

yep it sucks,and the pills just make me feel ajacent to reality though sometimes it feels better to just make that feeling of despare subside,BUT it all, thats life i guess, and you know what else dont work -PUSSY,DRUGS,BEER, AND FISHING well maybe the FISHING. at least when there biteing it does

I used to get panic …
I used to get panic attacks often when I was about ages 6-10, but I never told anybody about it. They always happened at night, and I just accepted it as a part of reality. At 19, I’m working on realizing how I should have better dealt with … a lot of feelings from my childhood.

As someone who’s dealt with anxiety for the better part of my life (41 now…have “dealt” since I was a young child with many pills and many years of therapy and many bottles of vodka)…I really appreciate this song/video.

hey I know exactly what you mean about struggling with anxiety, its a thats for sure, I will give you some secret advice, let it come on and just accept it, and it will get better but I dont think that it ever goes away you just learn to live with it.

I had some pretty bad anxiety problems in my late teens and early 20’s. Panic Attacks are the worst.
You feel as though you are losing it. Your heart races and you can’t tell what’s real. Am I having a heart attach or is it a mind trick? Such a lonely feeling.
I really appreciate this song. Thanks for sharing your pain. Thanks for letting others know they are not alone in their anxieties.
